Hello all, My experience with Northwest Dodge was disappointing, I purchased a used 2018 GMC Sierra with 14,000 miles. I had the truck shipped to NJ, after having the truck for a couple days, battery is dead. I fully charge battery (I’m in the auto business), truck battery is dead the next day. I ask to be reimbursed for the cost of the battery ($160), I’m told no by management. I didn’t think I was asking to much considering I just spent a total of 47k on the truck. RecommendedThis is my 2nd vehicle in 2 years from Northwest Dodge. I regretfully went to another dealer location on 249 before coming back here... and lord knows I should have just stuck with what I know. They hit it outta the park. And even worked so hard to make sure the rebates didn’t expire due to the holiday, that they drove down 6 hours themselves to get signatures and finalize the sale contract. Sales James Williams and Finance Jennifer Lewis are amazing. I will be back! And this is a customer for life.
