kudos to the Service Dept of Victory Dodge, Jeep, Ram. Started our vacation and check engine light came on in our tow vehicle. After a phone conversation with diesel tech it was determined we would need to tow it to the garage. Despite an obviously busy schedule they got my truck in right away. Determined it was the Engine Control module and #6 injector. Overnighted the control module and had us on our way in less than 2 days. sold a car we had an appointment for and drove over an hour away for.
Rob sales lemons...they are Sales people it's their job to lie to make money...we bought a truck from him a few years back and he called a friend in to make it look like his friend was interested in the truck as well funny thing is I knew his friend also..Anyway truck had issues from the start they didn't want to fix it and I was told to deal with the problem for a few months then trade truck back in for something better. Well 3 months in the truck needed to have motor fixed then tranny went....would not recommend this place... read more
not very honest .tell you that you approved for a low interest rate and after paperwork is done you realize it wasn't that great .my fault for not paying attention. but I know what o heard and never discuss the interest rate only payment. would not recommend them .
The service department is very thorough and friendly. Rich is always accommodating with trying to get your car in as soon as possible.
Great people n great service. Rich Penn from the service department goes out of his way to meet your needs. Will definitely buy and service my vehicles at Victory again.
My husband and I bought 2 vehicles on the same day from Victory and we are so happy with them. We got great deals and the service department takes great care of us. Rich always gets our vehicles serviced quickly and efficiently. We won't take our cars to anyone else now.
