I will never do business again with victory! this place is a rip off! all they care about is making the sale. then good luck with the vehicle they sold you as certified pre owned but never even pulled it into their garage to inspect or certify! oh another this good luck getting any call back from the owner who also obviously doesnt care about what his dealer does to you! numerous calls to chrysler to try to get any resolution. this place is a joke! DO NOT BUY FROM VICTORY!!
I will forever continue to buy from victory. Why because my first buy from them was a great deal and great staff, and second was them being the amazing group of people they are doing everything possible to get me into my new explorer. Rob and Brian were amazing with doing everything possible for me. I’ll be back in a few years for a new vehicle that’s for sure!!
I’ve never been to a car dealership that treats you like family from the first time speaking to them. Rob and Brian were both fantastic and helped me get a car quick, as I was in need! They worked with my budget and helped me save time and money on my 2017 Cruze. I love my new car and would definitely recommend anyone to go here! 5 out of 5starts for sure! Everyone took the time to meet me and talk with me before I made my purchase. All my questions were answered and they made me comfortable with me buying from them. Every time I went back they were really nice to me and helped me with questions about my Jeep. I can go back anytime and they’d be there for me.
