The service dept has to the worst to deal with. When the service manager lies to you and you get your vehicle back and nothing is done. Multiple codes for issues and when you drop it of its oh well its ok now so noting to fix. The only thing they did fix was my bad window track on my rear slider but the tech couldn’t clean his hand prints off of the back window when it was done. I will not take another vehicle there nor do I recommend dealing with them.
By far the worst dealership around for service and if you have any issues you're treated worse than a stranger, more like an enemy. They couldn't fix my new 2019 Ram 2500 and also expected me to pay $35/day for a loaner vehicle. FCA customer care was no better. I had to go to C Harper to get everything straightened out and I was treated like family. Absolutely do not go to Victory CDJR for anything!
update: when we had some concerns with our van. we went back to see them. Donnie and his Partner was very helpful with Problem solving the issue. It took 2 to almost 3 phones (my phone port doesn't work right or it be 4) to figure out how to get Android play working...Lol we got it working.(Use a smaller length wire not over 3 ft.) Hey Donnie did ur partner tell u more about auto play from all the stuff we discovered what it can do after he got it working for us? Thanks again for all your help. In the middle of December I received a mailer from Victory Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep of Delmont...which when scratched off showed I won A 70" television... I went to the dealership between the stated date... And was told I did not win a television...but won something...according to them...air buds(wireless headphones)...oh well at least I won something...but was told they ran out of said air buds..and they were on backorder...I stopped beginning of January and towards the end of January an was told the same thing... Extended warranty department refuses to answer questions or address issues for months. We are due a reimbursement and they will not return our calls. Do not expect any customer service once you pull off the lot.
Exceptional customer service. Ray listened to what I was looking for and he and Keith went above and beyond to make sure the deal was done
