RecommendedService team was great! I had Melissa as my advisor, I called on Saturday the 9th with a Check Engine Light and the Jeep sounding like Chewbacca and ended up leaving a message. She called me back within a half hour and was able to get me in first thing today (the 11th). Not even 2 hours later and I had my car back running good as new with no issues.

Sales team is great! I had a pleasant experience, fair pricing and an easy purchase. However service is awful. First issue was my brakes which i replaced only a few months in, after service had passed them for sale and i was told they were fine. My vehicle is certified pre-owned purchased 1 year ago. Now I just got charged $100 for diagnostic testing for them to tell me nothing is wrong, even though I had a diagnostic run at my own mechanic and it showed my battery not charging correctly, which is the reason I even brought i... read more
