I have taken my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan to this dealer for the last time. I had my van inspected by them in July 2020 and everything passed with no issues. I took my van back on September 22, 2020 for an oil change and tire rotation and they attempted to tell me I needed brakes, rotors, an alignment, and tires. I did not believe I needed all this work, so I took it for second opinion to a certified state inspection garage. I was told that NONE OF THESE REPAIRS were necessary!! I bought a 2020 Ram 3500 last week, it’s a longhorn and beautiful but there is a few little things that I’m not happy with, there are a lot of scratches on it (there fixing on Monday) a tail light is out a small dent near the passenger rear fender and someone must of spilt a drink on the inside while on a test drive because I have sticky stuff everywhere. Mind you this is a BRAND NEW truck. Praying they make it right come Monday.

Victory was one of the absolute worst experiences we have had purchasing a vehicle! My husband was interested in purchasing a 2020 Ram Rebel with a MSRP of over $61k. I think the salesman was pretty new, at least I hope that was his excuse. We knew more about the vehicle than he did. every question we asked,he had to go ask someone else.
