Everyone was very nice, took time to explain any delays. Friendly courteous staff. One employee even went and found me pretzels, to snack on, when I asked if they had a vending machine with snacks.

Everything started out great and everyone was friendly and helpful until I didn’t buy a car that day then they didn’t want anything to do with me. I emailed two salesmen two days after to tell them I was interested and never heard anything back. Then I texted one yesterday to say I was interested again they said they would be in contact. Later to find out that the jeep I wanted was already sold from looking online and I was never told about it. Just picked up a 2011 Ram 1500 bighorn and victory did nothing shy of help me out every way they could. Great service all the way around. Shout out to Jared who helped me get into my new to me ram.
