I wanted to drop a quick note and let you know how satisfied I am of the service I received from your Service Department. I purchased a 2013 Ram 2500 that was in excellent condition. I had to haul a trailer to Texas on short notice to pick up a motorcycle. With this short notice, Rich and the service department stopped at nothing to replace my water pump (which was part of a recall) the same day. That level of service is unheard of these days. Thanks again and I will keep coming back.
