Recommendedit was raining and they backed my car in the service center so I wouldn't get wet!
first impressions with customers that walk in the door ready to purchase could improve alot. This is 1 customer that came ready to buy and didn't even have a chance to say my name. nothing against Ram, but I'll never buy from this specific dealership again. I still plan on purchasing a 2020 Ram it will just be from another dealership.
The service and MidWayDodge is not what are used to be I don’t know what’s going on but I would not recommend this place to anyone right now!!!!!!!
RecommendedHad a recall for my vehicle and the service advisor John K. was fantastic. He took care of everything for me. Even set up an early drop off for my vehicle. I definitely recommend Larry H. Miller Dodge Peoria for ant service you need. Ask for John K he'll take care of you.

Called for recall appointment was told they had parts to fix.brought vehicle in for appointment, dropped vehicle off. Service calls an hour later come get your car we don’t have parts to do recall, service writer was more interested in selling me a set of tires I did not need, them fixing my emission related recall, total waste of time and resources.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. I went in on Halloween and was greeted by a sales rep named Neil.
