DON'T trust this dealership. back in 2016 I purchased a new ram 2500 cummins. while in with the finance guy he kept pushing the extended warranty. after being told NO several times he pulled out a pamphlet and showed me the truck would be covered 8 years 120k miles. 2.5 years later I needed to use the warranty. after calling victory they said my warranty was only 6 years 60k miles.
I bought a used Jeep from them. 5,000 miles later, I need front and back rotors, and a front wheel alignment. I only had a 3000 mile warranty. Now, they are telling me that rotors are wear and tear, not covered under their warranty, but seeing that I hardly ever drive the car, since I only put 5000 miles on it since February, I believe they gave it to me knowing how bad it was. Would never buy another vehicle from this place.
RecommendedI have now leased two jeeps from Victory and even though my current husband helped me thru both experiences I must say the first vehicle I purchased was from Brian Creighan when he was at a different dealership and he takes great care of his customers! That was before we even dated. Brian is the best sales person he can close the deal for you, good, bad or no credit ask for Brian Creighan and watch him do his magic to make your dream come true.

I bought my Jeep Patriot last year and had a wonderful experience! Last week I went in for an oil change and my boyfriend ended up buying a 2013 Wrangler! Jason was amazing working with us! I would recommend them to anyone! Go check out their 2018 Wrangler... it’s a beaut �
The worse service department I ever seen they don't know what there doing!vehicle was there 2 weeks before they could figure out what was wrong said it good to go I pick it up and don't even make it home before I have issues so I take it back same day they tell me there sorry and they'll top off the gas cause they have to drive it and make sure it's ok I picked it up only got a 1/4 tank of fuel and it went in 3/4 full then I get home and look under the hood and there are several zip ties cut that held the wiring harness in p... read more

We had a great experience with Jason S at Victory Delmont. The trim we wanted was not available at Victory, but Jason and the staff quickly found the one we wanted. Chris in financing was also very thorough in discussing warranty options and pros and cons. Thank you!
