Have you ever brought in your car for service *twice* for the same issue, paid $400 and left with the problem even worse than it was when you came? That was our experience at Big M. Drivers side door and window will not work so we paid $400 to get it fixed. Not even 24 hours after getting our car back the door/window was having the same issues. Great customer service while buying truck. After you buy, you are dead to them. No customer service at all. Talked with 2 managers, no response. No care, every time I call, its someone else problem. Needless to say, Still can't get anyone to help. The sales person won't even return my calls. Have left her several messages. You can buy a nice truck anywhere, but customer service is what sets dealerships apart, I strongly advise to stay away from this company.
