When i went to them the price was suddenly 14500. I had to negotiate to get the car close to advertised price. This was on top of taxes and doc fees. they ad on some sort of special "package" for example oil changes towing paint protecting. not worth 1000. in my opinion. You cant refuse it. Salesman was nice.

They never answered any of my questions. Just tried to get me to come in to talk. Wouldn't even tell me a price or send a picture of the vehicle.

Sales staff only wanted to talk by phone. I had sent advised in my first email, best contact was email. Sales staff insisted on phone number. I will say management contacted me and apologized for what sales had done.

I requested information about this vehicle and was contacted later about making an appointment to test drive. When they called they told me there having a 3 day sale everyone gets employee prices so I asked, its at 16,500 so its going to sale for less than 16,500 they said yes but we cant say the price until you show up. I Showed up to my appointment the DVD player didn't work they said they would fix it then came back and said they could sale me new ones. Very Poor Rating, received several emails, scheduled appointment, then was informed the auto was signed out, sold, what a waste of time. When I called sounded like a party in the background, one dealership you would have to visit to get your opinion, online service is unsatisfactory.

They are relentless about getting in touch with thier prospects. They've have not given up and has contacted me on multiple occasions. I just havnt had a chance to go in yet. Thanks for being committed to customer service..
