I'm very disappointed with these guy's! The dodge Journey I looked at was what I was looking for. I loved it. First thing they wouldn't give me enough trade in for my car. I know it's worth a lot more then they would give that would leave me with a $4000 on top of $17500 they wouldn't come down on the price of the journey not even one cent. I all ready had my bank pre-approved for me. I'm very disappointed with them. So now I'll go somewhere else.

Very disappointed with this dealer. Worst experience ever. After speaking with the dealer multiple times I scheduled an appointment. Several days later when I arrived, the car was not ready. It was filthy dirty inside and out. It had not been serviced or inspected. I asked to drive it and it would not start. Unbelievable that a dealership would have done this and set up an appointment with me. I wasted a two hour trip to Charlotte. Very disappointed!

Literally one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had. Long story short they sold the truck from under us. We schedule an appointment to go see the truck the very next day after I found it. When we arrive to see the truck the truck was completely dirty it like yeah just been traded in and no-brainers have been done to the truck at all the trucks still had to go to service detail and they told me if I wanted the truck bad enough I would put money down and they were going to service and clean it.
