Dealership responded and very pleasant to speak with. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to see the vehicle
After a few emails, I received a text message about the vehicle. Since they are over an hour away, I made an appointment. I was told via text message that a salesperson would follow up with me the day of the appointment to verify the status of the vehicle. After NOT receiving any communication, I contacted them before making the drive. They assured me that the vehicle was there and still available. The dealership was very helpful. Found out the truck was not 4x4. I have to have a 4x4.

Strange salesperson who felt it necessary to disclose details of a personal medical issue within 30 seconds of meeting me... yuk! Victory does not appear clean their cars until them sell them, so I had the pleasure of getting in and out of filthy smelly used cars. I regretted the drive from Matthews and ended up buying a new Ford the next day. Stay away from Victory Chevrolet!

Called too many times and still calling after car is sold

Quick response. One salesman wanted to sell the truck and another one called and told me it was already sold. First salesman calls back and says no it's still for sale. Two days later it was determined unable to be sold.
