They people were very polite.I felt like we sat around talking to one another more than we did to the salesman. After finally being there for over three hours with not really knowing what was going on and being told "were almost there," we decided it wasn't the place for us. That's when they then told us they got us to the price we needed but we were already out the door on our way home. The Vans were clean and described well on the website. Called to confirm car was still available - and they said it was. Made an appointment, drove 40 minutes to get there. Had to wait 15 minutes to see someone - then sales rep couldn’t find keys for the car. Waited 20 more minutes while they looked. Never found it - said they’d bring it out to me the next day to drive - never heard back. Wasted 80 minutes round trip and over 30 minutes sitting at the dealer

Scratches on the rear bumper were not touched up when we picked up the vehicle, as promised. We had to make another trip to the dealership to get it repaired. The thing that bothered me most was we were sent on our way with the gas tank almost empty. Had to find a gas station immediately to keep from running out of gas. As for me, the car I traded had about half a tank of gas - I stopped on the way and put gas in my trade in because I could not in good conscience take it to the dealership almost on empty.
