I ultimately purchased this car! The service & communication that led up to my purchase was outstanding; however, upon the exchange of the check & final hand shake, ALL communication CEASED! Further communication after the purchase was due to the dealership sending the car to a body-shop to repair a dent in the passenger back-door. Great experience at Victory Chevrolet. Clean building and excellent customer service by all. Was offered more than water and coffee... we had ice cream on a hot day!

Salesman set up a meeting for me to visit dealership to discuss the vehicle but when I arrived the representative was scheduled off that day and the truck had been sold.. would never do business with this dealership.

Dealership knew I had an afternoon appointment to test drive a specific car. When I got there, after an hour drive, they tell me they sold the car that morning. I would’ve appreciated a courtesy call letting me know the car I had been in contact with multiple people about, had been sold even before my scheduled time.

Very disappointed. Had a vehicle reserved for a test drive. Drove an hour and a half only to find someone else was test driving the vehicle and subsequently purchased the truck

Contacted me but the nonnegotiable price was too high for a non CPO car that doesn't offer the extended powertrain warranty to 100k miles. Price was comparable to CPO cars of the same year and features etc. but the extra warranty made the CPO cars a better value as an extended warranty would have to be purchased to equal what you would get with a CPO car. Document fee was kind of high also.

Their residual communication stinks. I drove there over an hour only to find out they'd sold the vehicle the day before. I purposely made an appointment to look at the vehicle. They responded they'd let me know if the vehicle was gone before I could get there. Then no apology. Poor customer relations.
