I called for a the truck 30 minutes before to made it over, they told me truck was available but once I got there they told me truck was sold in the morning. Basically they tell the customer anything in order for us to go to the dealer.

They gave me the wrong numbers for my monthly payment, gave me the wrong percentage rate and were not flexible in pricing for a used vehicle. Loved the truck I wish that they had tried harder. Also manager emailed me and texted me to find out if I was being taken care of but she has not responded to either of my responses from Saturday, really sad customer service!

Not really responsive to online requests. I wanted a bit more information before making a 2 hour drive and all they did was send me all the information that was already online. They are more equipped for in person. If we could have reached an agreement I was prepared to buy that day but they were unresponsive.

Price was under what was advertised. Paperwork was done quickly. Employees were prompt and prepared for me when I arrived. Great people and great cars on their lot also!

After reading many bad reviews I clicked to inquire about availability on a deal too good to overlook. The next morning at 8:30 I get a call from Kita to schedule a visit. I tell her I am concerned that the car may be sold so she puts me on hold, comes back in maybe 20 seconds to confirm that a salesman has checked, it's available, raining and early in the day so no worries.
