Meh not terrible, but not especially impressive. Their internal communication was somewhat lacking. Despite having scheduled a time to test drive the car, they weren’t prepared for us. Sales staff was nice enough. Car was as advertised. No big surprises there. Though they could have made a better impression by having it ready to go for our appointment rather than having to jump a dead battery as we waited. Only got one quick reply. Never reached out again even after asking for info. I wouldn’t go to them to buy a car again. Not helpful at all.

They were great to deal with they made us feel right at home and 15 minutes after the test drive we were signing the papers ! It was the easiest trade I've ever made no games no hassle ! If you go in on Saturday they'll have lunch for their customers !!!

Well, you tell me if it is ok or wrong for this to happen: I called Wade to come and look at a vehicle and upon arrival, I waited approximately 25 minutes before another salesman came out and informed me that the vehicle sold 20 minutes prior to my arrival. It might not be considered wrong, but a courtesy call would have been a nice thing, since I drove 40 minutes to get there.

After I called and inquired about a specific vehicle they increased all of the vehicles around the same price...on car gurus and carfax the car was priced at a certain price, not even 24hrs I went back on the website they increased every car to the same price. What a joke, the website even shows you the price it was and the date. Sad business to work with, just greedy. Also because I didn't want to finance with them but with My bank they didn't like that. This dealer was very helpful! I am so thankful for coming across my salesman named Ola. He had a vibrant personality and was very eager to help every step of the way.
Dealer called me three times on Saturday to come in to view the vehicle. Told me they was running a sale and if I came on Saturday they would give me a better deal than the price that was on CarGurus and more for my trade. I live an hour an a half from the dealership. When I arrived and talked to the sales rep. But offered me $200 off and added a $1600 warranty that wasn't an option that didn't benefit me I was very disappointed that I was lied to and drove an hour and a half to the dealership.
