Quick response which was great. The deal would have been very quick as I was prepared to pay cash for the car. But they played games with some fee they call a "Victory Package" that apparently is mandatory. I was literally prepared to ask for wiring instructions when I was given the price which seemed to be much higher than the $21,500 they had listed. I expected taxes and a few other fees. But this "Victory Package" thrown in was just another way for them to add margin to their deal. And here's my thoughts. If you want that... read more

I didn't buy there because they did not have a guaranteed return policy so I could have it checked out by my mechanic and return it if they found a defect.

Got an email from salesperson after 7 days negotiations and sent me a invoice with price of truck at 10:30 asked if I could come by and told him it was a 100 miles away and test drive, he said to come over so I left and got there at 1:15 sat with the salesperson then he left came back and ask me to step outside and proceeded to tell me the truck is sold BUT he had another truck and showed me a ****** truck when I came in to buy a ****** truck, BAIT AND SWITCH. Not transparent with price. Online 59 k OTD 69. Ripoff!
The so called “Used Cars” manager was so rude and dishonest. The car I was shown was not even ready ( dirty seats, brakes needed to be replaced, cracked windshield, …). Big disconnect between what I was told by the agent and his rude manager. Zero customer service!!
Our sales representative Mark Newton was very good with us and did all the work taking us for a test drive and answering any questions we had. He set everything up to pick up the following day. He, however was off on the day we picked the car up and basically we were handed the keys, a few questions answered but no sales manager came out to congratulate us, introduce himself like other times when I bought a car at a dealer.
