I didn't buy there because they did not have a guaranteed return policy so I could have it checked out by my mechanic and return it if they found a defect.

Not transparent with price. Online 59 k OTD 69. Ripoff!
The so called “Used Cars” manager was so rude and dishonest. The car I was shown was not even ready ( dirty seats, brakes needed to be replaced, cracked windshield, …). Big disconnect between what I was told by the agent and his rude manager. Zero customer service!!
Our sales representative Mark Newton was very good with us and did all the work taking us for a test drive and answering any questions we had. He set everything up to pick up the following day. He, however was off on the day we picked the car up and basically we were handed the keys, a few questions answered but no sales manager came out to congratulate us, introduce himself like other times when I bought a car at a dealer. Matthew Hoover was an Excellent Sales Rep. I called to setup the appointment to test drive the car. Matt had the car up front waiting on me when i arrived at the dealership. He answered all of my questions and worked with me. Hats off to Matt Hoover over at Victory Chevrolet
