Thanks for streamlining the questions for frequent donors. Waiting over ten minutes today after I finished them was a bit of a drag. All the staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they were too busy to check back on me so I never got the warm pack they warmed for my hand. I was looking forward to some cookies, but there was just a bag of those nasty white cremes and one fig newton. I also used up the last of the hot water getting one cup of tea.
