The Greenfield location is the only one I go to. I love the employees, everyone is so nice and couldn't ask for more while donating! They make you feel important every time..asking if you need a blanket, or if you are comfortable, need water..etc.
Great way to give back and they do promotions every now and then for their donors!

My wife and I both made an appointment at the Edgerton location. Received emails and texts reminding me of my appointment. I also received 2 calls within an hour of each other from BCW telling me how much they needed my donation because they evidently completely ignored the fact that I had made an appointment. Showed up early. At 15 minutes past my appointment time, my wife asked what the status was, at which time we were told they "were a little behind". No estimate of when we'd be seen.
