They do great job with blood drives with the injections and the way they are quick to help people that feel weak and getting people in and out fast they do a great job monitoring you after the blood draw they are just very nice people
I am convinced Kathy from Kenosha is the blood bank angel. Despite my irrational fear of needles, she every so delicately extracted my blood with love and care. I had more fun giving blood than playing a rousing game of table tennis. The crew was quick, effective, and personable. I am donating again when they come back to my school. It'll be the comeback tour of the century, the only thing better would be the beetles having a come back tour. Great job!
I donated January 21st at downtown location. First time at that site. Time running a little behind, but I was scheduled at end of day and not in a hurry. Very friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely return to that location.

As always, I was treated in a friendly, professional manner. I had an appointment and they were ready for me when I got there. I do a dual red donation and was in and out in no time. I enjoy going to the greenfield location. Thanks for making blood donation such a fun easy process! :-)
I had a 10:45 app. Staff very friendly but they were short staffed running around beeping of the machines not of enough staff to take people off quick enough they just kept saying sorry the staff very stressed. One phlebotomist was rubbing her legs while preparing me for blood Draw I asked if she was ok big sigh proceeded to tell me they don't get but a 15 min break very short staffed seemed very disappointed.
