It really becomes concerning hearing their stress. Hope their day gets better and they stop feeling so over whelmed. They are encouraging us to give feedback to Michigan blood about the way things are going here. Wow.........Their staff are working hard running around trying to get things done. RecommendedAll of the staff at the downtown Milwaukee are fantastic. I donate platelets every couple of weeks. Not why they put up with me but they do. I'm always welcomed warmly (even at 6am) and am treated so well. Hanna, Joy, Chandra(sp), Tatiana and so many who's names have escaped me are top notch.
