State Farm is a disgusting company and I will never, ever be a policyholder. The unethical way in which I was treated after being rear-ended by one of your customers is a frustrating and humiliating experience so far without equal in my life. 3 weeks ago i got hit by another vehicle and yes not my fault. My car has been in the shop now for 3 weeks and the adjuster still has not got there to estimate the damage, i spoke to numerous agents n everyone has a different answer n just tell you what you want to hear....one agent told me do a virtual estimate and itll be faster...i did that n the estimate came back way below what the shop estimated and we sent in the supplement estimate and was told 24 to 48 hours it will be done...ok a week later still no.answers n i was... read more

Thank you for the opportunity to reply to your correspondence dated December 2, 2021. While we cannot share specific details in this public response, our Claims Department contacted the complainant on December 8, 2021, to address her concerns. We have reached a satisfactory resolution. Our position is firm, but we will review and consider any new information if presented.
Have 4 cars insured for 3 years we included roadside assistance on all vehicles and we paid just under $600 a month. We used our roadside assistance a total of 10 times, with 4 vehicles and drivers mind you, for things like flat tires, keys locked in the vehicle, dead batteries and one tow. They cancelled our policy because they said we used it to much. Waste of $21,000. Nowhere in the policy does it say when you purchase roadside assistance you can only use it 3 times a year even if you have 4 vehicles and drivers..
My car is a manual and I was making a delivery ...left my car door open and the car rolled and the door caught on a utility pole break off. My car was towed to M****..they don't do body work....was told my car would get towed to the shop. 5 days later my car is still at M****! So the body shop manager got it towed for me. Then find out his mechanics have health issues and so my car sits...been 2 weeks and I only have til Dec 9th when I have to take my rental back....which I went to get on a Saturday which is what I was told ... read more
Recently my wife’s car was struck by a State Farm policy holder. In general, we have felt ignored and disregarded by State Farm in the aftermath of this collision.
Recently I hit a deer and wrecked my car. This happened on October 15th and it was towed into an auto shop and then left for the weekend. On that first Monday I called state farm and we worked out a shop to get it to and they said they would tow it. 4 days later I wanted to check on the status of my car so I called the shop where it was supposed to be and they didn't have my car. State Farm made a competitive and attractive quote last year, so we decided last year (2020) to switch and get State Farm to cover us for our home and auto insurance. Even if we did not submit any claim in the past years, State Farm sent us the bill this year with a premium increase combined for the auto and home insurance of about $900! The bill did not highlighted or included any explanation of the significant premium increase.
