Horrible Road Side Assistance Service. I have been trying to get my battery jumped for almost twenty-four hours. The service providers they use don’t respond. They give you a false sense of ETA. Three times, three different times of the day, the indicator read “Arriving Soon” and no one ever showed or called. I was stuck in freezing weather for hours. State Farm’s premiums are way too high to allow for this failed service.
I figure I'd leave another one after my horrible experience with Claims, suppost to be their best Claims agent? Extremely rude and willing admits she doesn't know the rules and laws of my state. Pretty fed up with them at this point. 6 months of no help then suppost to have the best, get the worst, basically told me pay for it yourself because state farm isn't helping. I recommend anyone who gets into an accident, just go get a lawyer because State Farm is a Bad Faith company

I had to file more than one claim with State Farm in a span of almost two years due to scuffs and scratches on my car. My latest incident occurred in 9/2021. On each of these incidents I never saw the car/person who did them. It is with the fourth claim I'm filing this complaint. After I filed my fourth claim, a rep contacted me, I told her I wanted to do the pocket estimate as I did with my previous claims. Terrible. Hold times on the phone are over an hour. Took them a month to process our accident (it was not our fault) and only gave us a rental for 9 days, then took it away before the check was even in our hands.
Worst insurance I've ever had. I've had 2 others besides. Left a veteran's pregnant wife and 4-year-old daughter in a home with a backed-up sewer line that spilled out of a bathroom down a hall on the 1st floor, and partially flooded the basement. Refused to assist with cleanup costs. Family has paid for 7 years into home and auto insurance, and never had a claim before with the company. They are the worse to deal with. I have called numerous times only to be lied to. They kept telling me they are waiting for their client's statement and she kept telling me she gave it then they tell me to get an estimate and i did and today they tell me they haven't received the estimate but yet my guys says he sent it weeks ago...Today customer service was very rude and she told me to get a lawyer.......I think i will
I filled an auto claim on Oct 5 2021 after hitting a deer, the body shop ( caliber collision a state farm preferred body shop ) was unable to get my vehicle in until the week of Oct 19,2021. I dropped my car off on the 19th of Oct, 2 days later I started receiving text messages from the body shop with a estimated date of completion of Nov 18 2021. Worst insurance company ever... been with Stare Farm for over 10 years. Only insurance since I started driving. And they where fantastic until 7/19/21 I was rammed by another driver intentionaly. Called state farm let them know. Nothing it's been over 6 months and nothing. Had a call from me every month and consistently told they can't help me. Treat me like I don't pay them for insurance. I have PIP I pay for PIP and I'm not allowed to use the benefits after an accident.
