My car was in a Hurricane and my car was towed to a gas station. My car sat for 2 weeks on a gas station lot and I kept calling State Farm about when the towing company that worked for them was going to get my car. Back and fourth with them for a whole month on the phone and then finally I called my agent and took it up with them, The towing company took my car to different dealer then the one I wanted them to take it to. On 10/08/2021 , One of State Farm drivers was at fault for failure to yield to on coming traffic. The driver turned in front of me tring to enter a parking lot. He made his turn right in front of me, causing me to apply my breaks to avoid collision but collided anyway. The state farm driver admitted to officer and myselft hat it was his fault because he didnt see me and he turned in front of me causing the accident. I find it very unfair that state farm wants me to send them copies of both my 2019 and 2020 taxe returns in order for them to finish processing the second policy that I took out. They claim that it's high but it doesn't matter I took it out because I wanted to have a policy for both of my children and I can afford it. But I guess when your a African American not living in the high end areas your not privileged enough to have two polices. I was hit by their insured and 3 months later they still have not covered the damages nor have they been concerned for any of my injuries. Everything they have said they would do they did not do. When i finally got a hold of. A manager i thought something would finally be done just to find out they had toeed my vehicle 4 hours away when the place i requested was down the street from my house. Filed a claim on my shed and contents. Most of which was completely destroyed. This was filed on 8/4/21. I was given a claims agent and was told by her to take pictures of everything and upload them to her, weeks later she tells me I have to take everything out and take pictures. I would have not given them 1 star,, but I had to do that in order to say how they really are. Their motto" Like a good neighbor " is false. State Farm is not there for their customers. Over 16 years with State Farm and they claim it was mechanically damaged so they wouldn't have to cover my damages. I regret waisting all these years and money on them. Everyone needs to stay away from state farm. All they do is scam you. They'll give you a killer deal just to switch to them and not even a month later raise the bill. That's what they did to me they gave me coverage on my vehicles for $282 a month and about 14 days after I made the first payment they said if I wanted to stay with them it would be $400 a month. State Farm is okay if you have an automobile claim. Not so for a hail damage claim on a house. I and my next door neighbor have State Farm home insurance, both claims denied. 7 other neighbors with different home insurance their claim was approved. Other 7 are all within 1/2 block. This has been my experience. Good luck if you ever have a house claim with State Farm.

We were hit by someone insured with this company and our car is no longer drive able. We have been waiting for days with still no rental car. Also no one has come out to look at the damage. Very very upset because now we can’t work as our job requires we have a vehicle. Please beware if you get hit by someone insured with State Farm you will have problems.
