Paul goes above and beyond. Prompt, polite and professional but laid back and never overbearing. Always responded to any query whether it be 7AM or 10PM. I really can't recommend Paul's services enough. He helped me find and negotiate the purchase of a beautiful home (my first) in Stowe which came with a hottub and indoor racquetball court!

I had never sold a house before and Paul all but held my hand throughout the entire process. He even offered to help me get my yard in order! He's diligent, hard working, supportive and knowledgable. I would definitely work with him again in the future.

Aaron did a great job helping us buy our home! He was very knowledgeable regarding home values in the area, he was able to help us step by step through a difficult at times mortgage process with some problems we had, and was very quick and efficient at responding to any questions or issues. He was able to solve some problems with us and acted more than once as the go between when we had criteria that needed to be met. Kara Koptiuch (Vermont Real Estate Co) is the best realtor that I could have hoped to work with. I just purchased my first home and Kara made the process very clear, simple, and fun. Kara is incredibly in-tune with the market, has great connections, and informative insight. Kara took the time to learn my interests, which enabled her to make great recommendations. My husband and I contacted Paul first thing in the morning on a Sunday after seeing our dream home listed for sale online.
