When our first contract fell through due to the buyers relocation job being cancelled, Jeff was the calming voice to our great anxiety. He re-listed our home and in three days we had a new contract that netted us more money. Jeff made sure all steps to the closing went off without any issues. Aaron was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He was helpful with small details like e-signing as well as large tasks to help get the house ready for the buyers. I feel like he got me the best deal possible on the sale. He gave me the names of contractors and an attorney. He went so far above and beyond to help me get the house prepared. He made the sale of my house easy for me!

I think what makes Paul's work stand out is that he'll advocate for his clients in a way that evidences his attention to their needs and interests. Paul was a great guide to me and when I knew I was ready to make an offer on a house, Paul was ready to support me with what was needed to make the strongest offer I could. Kara and her team are, by far, the best! Kara has represented me on half a dozen transactions over the years. She is extremely knowledgeable in her craft and has always been responsive. I would not consider using anyone else on my future real estate transactions!
