Super easy going, professional, lots of other great resources to refer you to come closing time. He’s the one stop shop when it comes to choosing the right person for the job! Very conscientious especially for us, my lady being pregnant and going through the process during the COVID 19 pandemic. We are extremely pleased with our experience!

Dave was knowledgeable of the market. He helped me price my house and get it under contract in less than a week! He was extremely patient with my many questions throughout the selling and buying process. He even went above and beyond by staying at my house with a licensed contractor while some upgrades were done one day. If you are looking for a realtor that is upfront, honest and cares about his clients look no further Dave is the guy!

Kara was amazing throughout our whole process (which happened to coincide with a national pandemic).
