She was patient, responsive, gave her honest opinions, and was able to answer all of our questions as first-time home buyers. Susannah was AMAZING, 5 stars across the board. My fiancé and I are first-time home buyers and needed some hand-holding through the process. Susannah was competent, responsive and genuinely supportive in everything from advocating for us, strategizing around the bidding process in the midst of a competitive market, and connecting us everyone along the way (home inspection, legal support, etc).
