Katrina led us through the entire process of finding and purchasing our first home and is excellent at her job! She was always in close communication, checking in on us periodically, and was always available to answer our early morning / late night messages. Every interaction with Katrina was overwhelmingly positive and she brought a great energy to the home buying experience. I would highly recommend using Katrina when buying a home.

I've worked with Susannah now both purchasing and selling my first home. Most recently with the sale of my condo Susannah made the entire process as easy as possible. Working with a tight time frame and already having moved out of the state she went above and beyond what I could have asked for. From the day my place was listed to the day it closed Susannah communicated everything with me and handled anything that came up.
