Erin helped us close on two different homes, one back in August of 2015 and recently in July 2021. Since our first time working with Erin, it is clear she has gained even more prowess and the ability to be an incredible real estate agent. And let it be known, she was incredible the first time we used her. It is incredibly important to ascertain a solid realtor during the stressful process of buying a property- and she is your best bet! Erin Dupuis is absolutely our go-to realtor if we purchase again!

Paul helped me buy my first home. The property I purchased had generated quite a lot of interest and I'm quite certain that without Paul's guidance I wouldn't have made the winning offer. Paul sent me the listing, showed the property, drafted (and redrafted) the offer, and helped me through every step of closing. Katrina is the best real estate agent we’ve ever worked with (and there have been many). She has a great sense of exactly what you are looking for and does not push properties that are not a right fit. She’s not overbearing and pushy, but when she or you find a property that’s a fit - she does everything in her power to make it happen. We will without a doubt use her again and would recommend her for anyone from a first time home buyer to investments.

Erin was wonderful to work with every step of the way. We relocated to Vermont from out of state and she was very helpful with answering our questions about the area. She was very knowledgeable, always very responsive and approachable. She made us feel comfortable right away and was never pushy. We would highly recommend Erin.

I greatly appreciated and benefitted from my collaboration with Katrina during the past several months as I prepared and listed my current home, concurrently searched for & found a new home, made a competitive offer, had it accepted, and completed all subsequent steps to successful closing on both properties just in the past two weeks. If you are lucky enough to find Justin as your realtor you won’t be disappointed! My wife and I called five realtors in our search to buy a property in the Burlington area. Justin was the only one that called back and did so in a timely fashion. His attention to details and communication skills are refreshing. Being a first time home owner can certainly be a daunting endeavor but Susannah made the process easier than we could have imagined. Throw in all the COVID related complications specifically around buying while out of state, Susannah went the extra mile to help us find the perfect fit. She is well connected in the area and all of the recommendations she made for tangential services (closing lawyer, inspection etc.) made the process even smoother.
