Brittanie did an outstanding job from start to finish! I have bought and sold 7 homes before this one and have never had such a smooth, worry free experience before. She handled all the inspections ( paperwork, appointments and inspections themselves). The property was only on the market for 7 days! As first time home buyers with very specific wants and needs, Jeff helped us navigate a very challenging market. For much of our search we were living across the country and Jeff was always willing to work with us through FaceTime house tours and early/late showings to accommodate our time difference. Since the very first day we reach out to her she guaranteed is that it's doesn't matter how long or how hard it gets, she will be there until we find the house that will be our home. When I decide to move to Vermont from out of state, I'm so glad I had Jeff as my Real Estate Agent. He was exactly what I needed. Jeff was professional, he answered all my questions (which were many,) and went above & beyond to make the whole experience a positive one. So grateful we found Joe! We are a large family and we were looking for a very specific property. Lots of land and a large home and many other deal breakers.
