Shannon was a great resource and crucial to helping with our home purchase. She had great knowledge of local resources for all the required pieces going into the process, even had good alternatives when needed. She helped keep everyone in the loop and on track for an early closing, which was great! Easy to work with and very responsive when the deadlines were approaching. She stayed on top of things to make sure it all worked out the way we needed. Couldn't recommended her enough!

She always had statistics prepared and provided reports on the comparable houses in nearby neighborhoods to advise me through the process. Everything she said came true. We were able purchase and close on a condominium with Susannah’s help in a 3 week time frame, all from out of state! She was extremely flexible with coordinating viewings/ doing a few virtual walk throughs as we had limited time while in a fast paced market.
