OK, So this is how I know Paul. On a whim I asked my wife if we could look to buy a ski condo when we were in northern VT for a ski weekend. We were in Stowe, VT in March of 2018. Bryce set us up with a set of filters and an easy way to browse properties, take notes and start categorizing what we like, as well as what we’d want to avoid. Bryce was quick to resopnd, set-up showings quickly and was early every time I met him. I went from “I’m renewing my rental lease” to “I’m definitely buying a house”, to closing on a home in under 3 months. In December in Vermont, doing that without a hassle or aggravation says a lot.
