Working with Kara was such a pleasure! It was our first home so we didn't know what to expect. She was very knowledgeable and offered much appreciated advice and tips throughout the whole process. She was also very responsive and attentive which made it so easy given our different work schedules. We definitely recommend her and VT Real Estate and will definitely use them again in the future!

Kara was amazing!! She listed and put our old house under contract in four days and negotiated every step in the process painlessly and fairly. Kara not only sold our old home unbelievably quickly but just days later found us our dream house. Thanks to her expert negotiations we paid just what we wanted to for the home and not a penny more. Choosing the right real estate agent (and firm) to represent me as a buyer was probably the most important piece of the whole process.
