Bryce negotiated and represented my wife and I in our first home purchase. Not only was he very knowledgeable about this process he saved us far more than expected in the end. Between mortgage referrals, home inspection items missed that he found and referrals to a closing lawyer who also saved us money and time. I would recommend Bryce to anyone looking to purchase a property in Vermont

As a first time home buyer I can say that Kara was absolutely incredible to work with. She made everything so easy! From scheduling viewings all the way through closing, everything was organized and she was always able to answer my questions. I can't say enough amazing things about Kara. As first time home buyers, everything was new to us and at times the unknown scary. She answered any question we had, any time of the day. She came over to draft offers late at night when it fit with our schedule. She even came by on the weekend when a document needed to be signed.
