Kara is incredible! You want her on your team, ‘nuff said. In all seriousness, she really went above and beyond. I’ve never worked with a realtor who made me feel like I can trust them to do right by me. I trust Kara and will absolutely work with her again. She puts in a LOT of work, really knows her stuff, and helped get me into an amazing home. I don’t see myself ever working with another Realtor as long as Kara is in the game. Thank you Kara and Vermont Real Estate Company, for everything!

Kara was a pleasure to work with in finding our new home. We were new to the state and she was very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodation. Kara went above and beyond to help us and responded immediately, day or night! Kara helped me find a home that was a perfect fit for me. I had my mind set on a condo a little ways outside of town, but she helped me find a large townhouse a little further out that is much nicer, almost twice the size, and feels like a private home, but yet in the same price range. She was not pushy at all, and supported me as I changed my mind back and forth over time. She even cut down on her compensation to avoid the seller asking for a higher price from me! I cant overstate how capable, diligent and fun Kara was to work with. I'm the first person to be skeptical of rave reviews but the truth is Kara is simply fantastic. Kara immediately started looking for homes and had this great way of being open to any idea that I might be interested in but also ready to change directions if I just wasn't loving it. Randy helped me find my first home and excellently guided me through the process which I knew very little about. He helped me understand my wants and needs in a home while being amazingly patient as I made those decisions. From the submitting the offer to finalizing the sale, Randy was meticulous to every detail to ensure I got the best possible outcome. Kara is an amazing realtor. My husband and I recently closed on our first home, our dream house, and I don't think we would have gotten it if it wasn't for Kara. Bryce sold us our home in South Burlington. We enjoyed working with him and found him very knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. He clearly knows the area very well and was able to help find the right house in the right neighborhood. We are still quite happy with our home, but would certainly use him again when the time comes. We have recommended him to many of our friends, several of whom have bought and sold homes with his help.
