Nothing else like it! – Where else can you spend a rainy afternoon while getting your hair highlighted, cut and styled while being serenaded by wonderful music and a special tap-dance number? I don't think the tap dance happens every day, but who knows what other special treat the local characters, neighbors and customers will bring. The atmosphere and camaraderie aside, Ms. Venus herself is a superb hair stylist. Excellent experience.
Love My RED Hair by Venus – I LOVE Venus! Venus fixed my horror story from another shopto get my hair dyed red and I walked out with this orange copper looking stuff, so bright it was blinding. A friend told me about Venus. I went to this very unique shop and was delightfully entertained. Not only did I walk out with gorgeous red hair, a beautiful nice light auburn, with darker red highlights, I haven't laughed so much in my life. Venus Hair works for me and all my friends!
Knock 'em dead red – There is simply no better place to go for an afternoon or evening! Venus and Romeo, the dynamic duo, know how to turn a salon appointment from a necessary chore into a major social event! My red hair has been known to cause blindness in the sunlight, and this is exactly what I wanted. The service is first class and the end product will keep you smiling until you return which will have to be soon! Bet you can't go just once!
Venis Hair – Venus Hair is always a warm and friendly place. I always look forward to my visits to the shop as I always know it will be a fun experience. Over the years, I've always gotten excellent cuts and colors from Venus and Romeo. I've refered them to a number of friends who have had lots of positive feedback.
Hair Horror – She dyed my hair PURPLE! I went in with a natural red and came out a goth nightmare. Do NOT get your hair colored there. I have to hold off on my wedding and do my engagment announcements in black and white because it is so dark. Thankfully another salon is putting a nice temporary red on it and just cutting the horror out since it is SOOOO dark the isn't much more anyone can do. I literally cried after my hair appointment. favorite – Venus and Romeo treat each client as though you are the only client. I carry Venus Hair cards with me now, because people are always asking who did my hair.
Still the best! – There is never a bad hair day at Venus Hair! Venus, Jill, and Betty aim to please, and they have never disappointed me! Grow it long, bob it, lighten it, slay the grays, flash it up, tone it down, tie it up--and have a heavenly pedicure, too, if you're lucky enough to be there on Tuesday. Wonderful – I came in at the last minute to get my hair done before I had to be in a wedding... the ladies of Venus salon were booked with appointments, but managed to squeeze me in anyway. The work was superb and I couldn't have been more appreciative. Highly recommended.
