When into Volkswagen I was approached by Joe Savage he gave me great customer service and was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Not only did he get me the monthly payment I wanted I was approved for 1.99 APR I was very satisfied with the service I was provided by Joe and the Volkswagen team. Had such a great experience at Ventura VW. The sales staff was great and very knowledgeable. Specifically Mason Scott, our salesperson. He helped us find the right car, answered all of our questions and negotiated us a great deal. I’ll be back at the end of my lease for the next one. Maybe the new Arteon that’s coming out.
