They were very friendly when I was deciding to buy a car but once I did and had some follow up questions I cannot get anyone to call back. Bought a 2016 certified Passat se only received one key and the service NOW!! Light comes on the dash. Was originally told by Mike Catania not to worry it will reset. Well it hasn’t!! I have left about 8 messages in the months time since I bought the car in Nov. ?? 💁♀️💁♀️
We recently got our Vehicle at VW Dealership. Hours after there was oil spill and no oil filter. We had to get our vehicle tow to dealership. The next day I had to miss work to go to dealership and deal with rude unprofessional people. They did not want to give me a rental on top of their issue. Or pay for any towing. I wouldn’t of had to tow vehicle if they did service correctly. Find to always have issues. Very disappointed and upset! I do not recommend.
I just made my 5th purchase from Ventura Volkswagen. I bought the new 2019 Jetta SEL from Armando Juarez. Armando has an excellent command of product knowledge and made the purchase of my new Jetta an adventure in discovery. I never felt rushed or pressured durning the entire buying journey. I highly recommend Armando and his manager Conrad Wall for your next car purchase. They are professional, caring, patience and always finding a way to meet your needs in a new car. #bettagettajetta I love the new tag line.
