Purchased a “CPO” 2019 Golf Alltrack. Car had a lot to little problems that arose after the sale as well as a warped sunroof frame so the car was at the dealership all the time. I asked for a loaner but I was told it is $40 dollars a day. Even for a car that purchased less than a month into ownership and was being repaired under warrantee. Solid experience and dad is happy with his vehicle!
Bought a 2010 Tiguan and 2 months later check engine light came on. $170 to do a diagnostic test and $800+ to fix. They refused to help me out with the cost at all. When I do buy a new vehicle, it won't be from them.
