I had to bring my Atlas in yesterday to have my check engine light assessed. I met with Brandi first thing in the door. She was pleasant and helpful. They had my vehicle checked out quickly. Brandi was very professional and courteous. I mention her specifically because she was helpful and went out of her way to keep me in the loop. They even washed my sweet ride! Great place.
I had my VW serviced at Ventura VW and Erica Holguin helped me out, such a nice girl, friendly and helpful I will tell all my friends with Volkswagens to go see her for service Way to to it right!!!
Erica is excellent in the service department! She always will get you in and out. Come in the afternoon if you don’t have an appointment cause it’s not that busy. Free water and coffee while you wait and watch the big screen TV on the wall.
