I bought my Passat Wagon from them at the old location in Ventura in 2004. Their service department has been tops in the many years i kept bringing my car there, and in particular Brandi Grower who treats me and my dear old car like we're the most important customer in the world - always! I am so appreciative of her special care and treatment.
