It is usually a good experience. With the addition of using mychart at Providence, it is always good.
Dr. Shepard and his staff are outstanding! They are polite and very efficient. I very much appreciate their attentiveness. I have always been extremely satisfied with this practice.
This was a new patient appointment. Medical records in the process of being procured. Appreciated that basic vitals were taken and general health discussed. Very personable and am looking forward to a long term patient/doctor relationship.

My office visits with Dr. Shepard have been excellent. I never have to wait long. Dr. Shepard is direct and to the point and gets me in and out quickly, while also making sure he answers all my questions.The only issue I have been having is getting my prescription refilled through Optum Rx. I am a relatively new patient to Dr. Shepard, so getting him listed as my primary care physician with Optum Rx has been difficult.
