I walked in without an appointment for a serious and painful medical issue and I was seen at that time and I really appreciate being accommodated.
Dr Shepard is a Cary and excellent physician
I like Dr. Shepard quite a lot. He is thorough and listens and explains the answers to my questions. I am not too pleased with some of the staff. I never get a return call if I call with a question. There was a new receptionist and she was very pleasant and knowledgable. It was encouraging.
Dr. Shepard is caring and extremely easy to speak with. He always takes the time to explain and recommend potential solutions.
Excellent physician with terrific bedside manner. He is especially knowledgeable about health challenges and how to resolve problems.He is very easy to talk to kind and thoughtful.It is a pleasure to have him as my PCP.
