Very professional, kind, and caring.
Dr Shane Shepard is excellent!!
In office experience. Overall good. Dr. Seems to listen well and recommend treatment as needed. I wish he was more personable and social at times aka more Inviting but thats the old model of medicine that I come from. For exCommunication through mychart was/is frustrating at times. Responses need to have more context. Some responses hv been short in my opinion. Overall dr seems very smart and cares fir my wellbeing

We love dr Shepard. He is kind, knowledgeable and listens to our concerns.
Dr Shepard and his team should be the standard for other medical locations. I can't see myself going to any other doctor.

Good experience with pre-op process for cataract.
