Shane is awesome. The only issues I had was I called a couple of times to set up a visit and never heard back. The second issue was, I was not notified when my blood tests came in and had to keep calling to find out when. At which point I found out they had been in already for a week. I would just tigthen up the scheduling and follow up so we dont have to chase it so much. Other than that. Great service.
Dr.Shepard always takes time with me and explaining all I need to know about my health.
I love Dr Shane Shepard. I never have to wait for him, he is organized, up to date on my health issues, detailed, very responsive, listens to me, the patient. He has a very pleasant disposition and personality, and explains things in a way that patients understand. He is always very, very helpful.
