Dr Shepard is always on top of my health issues and very clear with his recommendations and diagnoses. The x-ray tech during this visit was very prompt and did a great job with the necessary x-ray images.

Dr Sheppard is knowledgeable, professional and caring. He has been an excellent provider to my father. He is kind and supportive.
Again, I think Dr Shepard is one of the best physicians I've ever had. His staff is good too. The reception desk is the problem. They never answer the phone which makes it difficult to schedule appointments.
