Dr. Shepard is great! He is s calm and patient with me. I like that he is down to earth and very easy to talk to.

Very easy to discuss anything that I have questions about.
It takes him at least 3 days to respond to a prescription refill request, knowing that the medication has run out and not having it could mean having seizures. Waiting three days or more for a doctor to sign off on a prescription refill is ridiculous.Update: called Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before thanksgiving to get a refill since the meds would run out on Thanksgiving.
