A horribly shattered dog femur brought us here on the recommendation of our regular vet. Dr. Lozier was kind and compassionate but forward and firm about his plan of action and expectations with the fairly complicated procedure. The staff is so sweet and caring and they let us call and check on our girl at any time of the day or night. The scheduling was easy. Fantastic, educated, professional staff who give 100% and genuinely care about the pets they see everyday. My dog was in the ICU for 4 days and was cared for by multiple different doctors and techs; all were fantastic from the minute I carried him in to the time he walked himself out. I will come back to this clinic for all emergency needs in the future. Great job VCA!
Our kitty had been missing for 3 weeks, when a good samaritan brought him into this hospital. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and helpful- from the reception team, to the technicians, and finally the doctors. Such a beautiful hospital! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of our Bale! :)
I've taken my dog here a couple times and always received great and understanding service. These people are not judgemental, cold or pushy. We've even taken my sisters dog here to be euthanized after several tries at other locations that treated us poorly, and they made it as decent an experience as possible for the circumstances.
My review is for oncology- I absolutely love the oncologist Dr. McDonald, technician Emilie, and receptionist Tawny. I'd recommend them to anyone who has a pet with Cancer. I took my Basset Lucy there weekly for 6 months for Chemo after she was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Lucy enjoyed going here even though she was pricked and prodded every time. My vet referred me to VCA to see the neurologist. Dr. Prouty and Tesa her assistant were awesome. My dog was really comfortable with them and they were very thorough, friendly and patient in explaining everything. I've also taken my little dog to the ophthalmologist here and it was also a great experience.
