I brought my pet in for a cardiology visit. Loved the Dr and his staff Jenny. They made me and Layla feel very comfortable and very important.
my daughter brought her 13 yr.old sick cat in on a sat.agreed to several test expecting a bill around $700.00 she called us crying saying they wanted to keep the cat overnight and it would cost $2800.00,.we told her to pickup the cat up when she picked up the cat sat.afternoon the bill was over $1400.00.we watched the cat suffer and die sunday night. we believe thousands of dollars in tests would not have saved the cat.and the humane thing to do was to suggest to put the cat to sleep.on sat.
@[345655008823883:Brother Bear] has had 3 eye ulcers and the staff has always been so kind, helpful and excellent in their services. He has recovered quckly every time thanks to the optimology teams help. The emergency medical team has assisted Bear by having stomach surgery to remove an obstruction, helped my @[214406205278166:Mr. Rambunctious Rambo] when he has had emergency needs, they have been helpful, kind and alwasy amazing with my Dogs.
Dr Lozier was amazing. We had been told that our dog needed her leg amputated but Scott Lozier sorted her out and saved her leg. She is now leaping around and is extremely happy and full of energy. We were delighted. Thank you very much!
One of Murphy's immutable laws is,bif anything goes wrong, it will happen right before the weekend or holiday. Like a perfect storm, my dog Sedona needed immediate diagnoses to get her on proper medicine. Dr. rearranged her schedule to make room for procedure. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. I felt confident in leaving my dog in their care.
Our experience was excellent. The doctors showed genuine care for our Westie who needed emergency surgery. Overall we were impressed.
The most HORRENDOUS experience I have ever had with a vet!
A very special thanks to Dr. Wyckoff and especially to the CVT -JENN. I had my friend HANK in on Thursday night after a whirlwind day of radiographs, blood work and ultrasound to find that he had only a short time to his life. Dr Wyckoff was very kind and professional on explaining the problem to me. I appreciated her straight forward but gentle information. It guided my decisions.
