The staff is always so friendly and empathetic and I feel they genuinely care. They triage quickly. What I appreciate is that they are upfront with the fees and consult you before and throughout the process! My 7 month old Husky found his way into a food container and ate WAY TOO MUCH. He was quickly diagnosed and treated before his condition worsened.
If you have a specialty need for your pet go here. Don't be scared away by the VCA. Their staff is top tier.
Everyone here was very kind and sensitive to the situation at hand. They showed a lot of compassion while I had to say goodbye to my beloved cat. I would recommend them to anyone needing a veterinarian.

Poor is an understatement Over charged me after I was told by the losers at Banfield on 82nd that I had to take my dog here
Dr. Taylor performed cataract surgery on Beanie, my 11 year old Daschund last January. Although Beanie was managing alright with her limited sight, we were moving out of the only home she'd ever known and I felt it would be extremely difficult for her to get around in her new environment.
